Mevagissey is one of the most enchanting
fishing villages in Cornwall.
There are a maze of narrow, cobbled streets
where old crafts and
traditions live on. The harbour is still the centre
of a fishing community with
all the skills and tales of generations. Many
of the restaurants and shops
have been converted from old fish cellars and
retain the old world charm.
We are situated 2 miles from the Lost Gardens
of Heligan and 7 miles
from the Eden Project. There are many other
sub-tropical gardens within
easy reach as Mevagissey is an ideal touring
base for a holiday in Cornwall.,
being centrally located between Lands End
and Plymouth.
There are two 18 hole golf courses within 5 miles and lovely
sandy
beaches, a few miles in either direction.
