The accommodation is on the top two floors of the three storey building and is entered from the rear, by a door at roof top level with views out to sea over a low wall, tucked between the cottage and one of the narrow pedestrian lanes that wind between the cottages up to the cliff top. All rooms are waterfront.

A couple of steps lead down to a small hallway with coat pegs and two short flights of stairs leading down from it. There are three bedrooms on the top floor, two doubles and a twin bedded room each with a hand basin, and a spacious shower room, w.c. and basin.

From the entrance hall one of the flights of stairs leads down to a large bathroom, w.c. And hand basin. The other flight of stairs leads down to the lower floor where there is a another double bedroom to the left.

To the right is a living room with comfortable seating set before an attractive Cornish range as a focal point. There is a dining area, a fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer and a microwave.

The cottage has great character with low windows and beamed ceilings, latch doors and three separate short flights of stairs.

MEVAGISSEY

Mevagissey is one of the most charming ports of the South Cornish coast. Its white and colour washed dwellings perched on tile slopes of the hills encircling the two harbours. Many of the old fish cellars in the picturesque village have been converted to modern use but their old strong walls and the unspoilt appearance of the narrow streets retain the character of old Mevagissey which is so enchanting to the holiday visitor.

Fishing still remains one of the chief occupations of the local people and visitors will be glad to know that many of the boats bobbing in the harbour are available for deep sea angling, shark fishing and mackerel trips around the bay which are very popular.
